Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping our site. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. The lead time for items to be delivered can take up to 14 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

ToniRobinFashion is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside the United States.

Returns

We are not accepting returns at this time. Exchanges, under certain circumstances, can be arranged. If a product was purchased within 14 days, it is eligible for an exchange. Please understand that if a product arrives to you damaged, please contact us within 24 hours. Please mention your Order Number and send clear photos of the damaged product to this email: flossy49910202@tonirobinfashion.com. The maximum response time will be within 48.

All sales are final on items that are discounted items. Returns, as well as exchanges, are not accepted on discounted merchandise. Should you find your merchandise that was on sale is in poor condition upon receiving it in the mail, please fill out a submission form on our website. Another alternative is if you send a direct email and we will contact you with 2- 3 business days.
