What are the payment options?

We accept the following forms of tender: PayPal, all forms of credit and debit cards are accepted. Cash and checks are not accepted at this time, unless under certain circumstances.

Do you sell gift cards?

We currently do not have gift cards available at this time, but we hope to do so in the future!

What is your return policy?

We are not accepting returns at this time. Exchanges, under certain circumstances, can be arranged. If a product was purchased within 14 days, it is eligible for an exchange. Please understand that if a product arrives to you damaged, please contact us within 24 hours. Please mention your Order Number and send clear photos of the damaged product to this email: flossy49910202@tonirobinfashion.com. The maximum response time will be within 48 hours from the time you received your product.
